Our produce is all grown using organic principles and the Garden is currently progressing through a process of Soil Association Organic certification. Whenever we’re cooking, we look first to our Garden for fresh, inspiring ingredients to form the basis of our menus. Using as much of our own produce as we can, we create dishes to deliver the freshest organically grown fruits and vegetables from the ground to your plate.
