LILY WORKS CATERING POLICIES AND PROCEDURES The following guidelines and policies will assist you in planning your event. Please read carefully and contact the Catering Manager with any questions or concerns prior to your special event. 1. Final counts and menu request are due three days prior to event and seven days for larger events of 50 or more. 2. The engager is financially responsible for the guaranteed number or the actual number served, whichever is greater. Charges will be invoiced following the event. State and local sales taxes will be added to all appropriate items. Payment is due upon receipt of bill. 3. A 50% deposit is due at time of booking for all orders over $500.00 4. There is a 25% cancellation fee for cancellations with less than 48 hours notice 5. All menu pricing includes disposable service ware. China, flatware, linens, and chafing dishes are available at an additional fee. 6. All deliveries require a 15 person minimum unless otherwise agreed upon Service Options: Basic Delivery – All items will be delivered in disposable pans. For additional charge chafers, chafing pans, and serving utensils can be included. Deliveries will be dropped off and set up for you at pre-determined time. Delivery fee is 10% of total order. Full Service – We will arrive with your order and set up a buffet serving line complete with serving chafers and servers. Table linens and skirting are available on request at an additional charge. Our staff will stay and serve your guests, as well as restock buffet line as needed. We will also monitor the dining area, clear tables, and remove garbage as needed. Events are staffed for a maximum of 2 hours. There is an additional 20% charge for this service. Pick Up – Don’t need our service, just our food? No service charges will apply. Food will be ready at determined pick up time. All items will be in disposable pans.
