A Better Future for people with learning disabilities in Gwent What would social care for people with learning disabilities look like if the people who used services designed, developed and decided what was needed? Over the past months Torfaen People First, Barod CIC and Torfaen Council have been working with people with learning disabilities to design, develop and decide different ways of making the lives of people with a learning disability better. This event is about everyone sharing their ideas before we deliver our recommendations to the Mental Health and Learning Disability Partnership in Gwent.
