Livestock Entry Form Entries Must Be Postmarked by July 1 Pre-entries are only required in the departments listed below. Separate entries must be made for each department and mailed to the listed Superintendent or if you prefer you can click on the following url http://bit.ly/17LBStall and complete the online stall reservation form instead of filling out this form for livestock. Breeding animals can be entered in both the 4-H/FFA and open divisions on the same form.
