The march is part of a weekend of global action ahead of a major United Nations climate change summit, taking place in Paris from 30 November to 11 December. Thousands of people are expected to take part in the march to urge world leaders to agree an ambitious deal in Paris to take the strong action needed to combat climate change. Scotland’s Climate March is being organised by Stop Climate Chaos Scotland, a diverse coalition of organisations in Scotland campaigning together on climate change.
