Keyboard Shortcuts Like other applications, Lotus Notes utilises keyboard shortcuts to allow users to perform tasks quickly. Using the keyboard, instead of the mouse, to invoke commands and functions can save time, particularly for users who are proficient with using the keyboard. The following table lists the most commonly used keyboard shortcuts for Notes on both Windows and Apple Macintosh computers.
