1. Welcome and apologies, approval of the agenda and declaration of interests The Chair of the working group welcomed the participants and presented the apologies received (1). The agenda was adopted as presented. The Chair invited participants to declare any interest regarding matters on the agenda. None of the participants declared any interest conflicting with the matter on the agenda.
2. List of points discussed and conclusions The WG decided on the final wording of the replies to comments received during the public consultation. The text of the Opinion was changed in order to address the most relevant comments. The members of the WG are expected to send their final comments and changes to the text of the Opinion by 11 March. Then the rapporteur will prepare the final version of the report which will be submitted to the SCHEER for adoption. 3. Information from the Commission and WG members No information. 4. Next steps To collect all contributions related to the input received during the public consultation and Opinion (Deadline: 11 March 2018). 5. Next meeting(s) No more meetings scheduled for this WG.
