Lynnsi Joyce, a first-year indoor GK, has been making her presence known. At last week’s tournament, Joyce recorded 37 saves – several diving -- in the team’s 4 games, an average of 9.25 per game. "Lynnsi makes being a coach so easy. She's one of the most coachable players I have ever worked with,” noted her coach, Amanda Martino. “Lynnsi skills supersede her age and her understanding of the game and is a huge asset to this team. She has proven time and time again that she will rise to any occasion regardless of the circumstances. Watching a player like Lynnsi play and progress each time she sets foot on the court is the greatest reward a coach could ever ask for.” Lead Goalie Coach, Pam Sherry added: “Lynnsi is quick and athletic with good sense of positioning and movement in the goal. She has great potential and has shown remarkable improvement in short time she has been playing indoor." Joyce plays for Upper Perkiomen Middle School, where she is also a member of the Student Council and LEO Club. Joyce is also a avid softball athlete and plays on a travel team.
