Model and extraoral scanning with a dental lab scanner

Take a Traditional Impression

Or

• Choose the correct TiBase Abutment with the correct transmucosal shoulder height • The Tibase shall be used with a Scanbody for TiBase, which shall be insert on the TiBase exactly from the side where it is present the hook both on Tibase abutment and on the Scanbody. • Important: check that the ScanBody for TiBase is correctly inserted to the bottom on the shoulder.

Take the intraoral Digital Impression • Choose the correct TiBase Abutment with the correct transmucosal shoulder height • The Tibase shall be used with a Scanbody for TiBase, which shall be insert on the TiBase exactly from the side where it is present the hook both on Tibase abutment and on the Scanbody. • Important: check that the ScanBody for TiBase is correctly inserted to the bottom on the shoulder.

• If you are using Cerec Sirona software you can proceed with the crown design choosing the TiBase size L within the software. • If your laboratory use the software Exocad or 3Shape, please ask to JDentalCare the full libraries to start in designing the crown with these softwares.

• If you are using Cerec Sirona software you can proceed with the crown manufacturing choosing the TiBase size L within the software. • If your laboratory use the software Exocad or 3Shape, please ask to JDentalCare the update full libraries

Cementation and Final Restoration • When the crown is ready, proceed to sandblast both the TiBase and the internal contact part of the crown to increase the cement bonding, finally the lab technician has to cement the crown on the TiBase.

• Ask to JDentalCare the full libraries for Exocad or 3Shape or Dentalwings • You can work choosing between engaging and non engaging connection libraries • Importing TiBase libraries in your software, you can directly work also at abutment level with all TiBase mathematics with both engaging and non engaging connection.

• Maximum precision and flexibility: the laboratory technician can realize custom-made abutments for personalized results and the laboratory technician can also work at abutment level Importing all TiBase mathematics in the softwares with both engaging and non engaging connection.
