1. The competition is conducted by Bespoke Marketing Consulting on behalf of Attacq Waterfall Investment Company (Pty) Ltd & Att MOA 20 Proprietary Limited t/a Mall of Africa Joint Venture 2. No director, member, partner, employee, agent, consultant, promoter, supplier or anybody directly or indirectly involved in this competition and any spouse, life partner, immediate family member, business partner or associate of such person is allowed to participate. 3. The competition can only be entered by persons who are eighteen years or older. A minor who enters the competition undertakes that he/she does so with his/her parent’s legal guardians consent. 4. The competition runs from 9 December – 24 December. No late entries will be accepted. 5. Winners will be announced on and notified via Mall of Africa’s Facebook page. Winners must collect their prizes from the Centre Management offices, situated at entrance 16, floor 4 parking level C. 6. Winners to present a valid ID or drivers licence in order to qualify for their prize. 7. By participating in this competition, all participants agree to be bound by these official rules. The promoter’s decision regarding any

matter arising out of the competition shall be final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into. 8. The promoter reserves the right to alter or cancel the competition at its discretion, without recourse. 9. The winner(s) will be randomly drawn. The judges’ decision is final. The prize is not transferable. 10.

The prize(s) are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable

for cash unless the promoter cannot provide the prize(s) for whatever reason, in which case the prize(s) offered, at the discretion of the promoter, will be of equal monetary value to the initial prize(s). The winner(s) agree to accept the prize(s) as is, at their own risk. 11.

In the event of the promoter not being able to contact the

winner(s) the promoter reserves the right to draw another winner. 12.

Participants and winner(s) absolve the promoter, its affiliates,

its advertising agencies, advisors, suppliers, nominated agents and dealers from liability from any and all claims howsoever arising, including from willful misconduct or negligent acts or omissions on the part of any such person. 13.

Organisers may require that the winner (at no fee and for no

compensation) be identified and photographed, when accepting the prize, of which photographs may be published in printed or digital media and/or television. 14.
