Man Charged with First-Degree Murder in Bronco Bar Shooting 17th Judicial District Attorney Dave Young announced Friday the filing of murder charges against Ignacio Luque-Verdugo in the November 21 shooting at the Bronco Bar in Aurora that left one man dead and wounded two others. Luque-Verdugo opened fire at the bar at 9496 E. Montview Boulevard after an altercation. Andres Cinto-Duran, 29, was shot six times and killed. Sergio Cinto-Duran, 35, was shot three times and left paralyzed. Manuel Rios-Rios, 30, was shot once and survived. Luque-Verdugo (DOB 06/14/84) is charged with first-degree murder after deliberation (F1), first-degree murder extreme indifference (F1), two counts of attempted first-degree murder after deliberation (F2), two counts of attempted first-degree murder extreme indifference (F2), four counts of first-degree assault (F3) and eight counts of crime of violence, a sentencing enhancer. Luque-Verdugo was arrested July 10 in California. Extradition proceedings are underway. The filing of a criminal charge is merely a formal accusation that an individual committed a crime under Colorado laws. A defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty. ###
