Man Charged with Murder of Two Teenagers District Attorney Dave Young today announced the filing of first-degree murder charges against William Dean Otto (DOB 12/18/69) in the death of two teenagers whose bodies were found buried in Sedgwick, Colorado. Otto, of unincorporated Adams County, is charged with two counts of first-degree murder (F1) in the deaths of Gustavo Espinosa-Gamboa, (DOB 11/08/96) and Jonathan Gonzalez (DOB 01/15/98) on August 9. Otto also is charged with five counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor (F4) and one count of tampering with physical evidence (F6). Otto turned himself in to officers on August 10. He was formally advised of the charges Thursday in Adams County Court. His next court date is August 20 in Division F for setting of a preliminary hearing date. The District Attorney’s Office will have no further comment at this time because of the continuing investigation.
