Marketing and Communications Coordinator (Graphic design background required) The Kansas City and Lawrence studios of Gould Evans are seeking a full time Marketing and Communications Coordinator to work as part of our collaborative design studios. Currently, we have more than 100 associates across our Phoenix, San Francisco, Kansas City, Lawrence, New Orleans, and Tampa studios. Primary responsibilities of the Marketing and Communications Coordinator position include:     

coordination and graphic layout of proposals creation of marketing collateral researching potential clients, collaborators and competitors proactive tracking of leads assisting with interview and presentation preparation

Other responsibilities include maintaining Deltek Vision database and administrative tasks. We’re seeking candidates with:      

Strong graphic design and writing skills—these qualities are essential! High energy level, problem solving, organizational skills and a keen eye for detail. Proficiency in Adobe suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat) and Microsoft Office (emphasis on Powerpoint). Extra credit for SketchUp, photography skills, or Deltek Vision. Intellectual curiosity, a collaborative spirit, and a proactive attitude. 1 year professional working experience required; experience marketing professional services for design desired. A willingness to be mobile between our Kansas City and Lawrence studios, supporting senior marketing staff in both locations.
