Role and Responsibilities Our marketing team is seeking a motivated and energetic Marketing Coordinator who’s highly dependable, organized, and a fantastic team player. In this role, you will report to the Product Manager, however it is an opportunity to be in a key role and to work collaboratively with the other departments in the company. We are looking for candidates who are out of the box thinkers, with a passion for marketing and technology and constantly seeking to learn and grow.      

Coordinate marketing and promotional activities between different departments, including marketing, design, product development, sales and support; Work closely with the product manager to compile product requirements for the development team and ensure they are delivered on spec and on time; Keep track of bugs, user feedback and change requests and help prioritize them for subsequent product releases; Help maximize sales by assisting the product team optimize purchase pages, conversion flows and product offerings; Manage and maintain product listings, product information and pricing on our e-commerce platform for multiple brands; Assist Product Managers in monitoring new market trends, analyzing competition and developing our products;

 

Be an ongoing contributor to the development and execution of marketing initiatives to drive traffic and increase brand awareness and sales; Track and report progress and performance of marketing projects and recommend improvements.

Job Requirements        

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, PR, Communications or related field and/or experience; Ideally 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a software, digital or an online company; at least one significant professional experience as an intern; Organized, reliable and detail-oriented self-starter; Business-oriented; comfortable with numbers as well as able to form an opinion about creative work; Excellent writing skills in English; Internet-savvy, with an interest for and a good understanding of computer software and new technologies; Must enjoy working in a dynamic team environment and maintain constant communication with peers and management; Positive contributor in a team, with a problem-solving mindset.

Additional Assets  

Experience in a software or technical field or company; Additional languages such as French, Spanish, German or Italian.

Location This position is in Montreal at LULU Software’s office, located 7075 Place Robert-Joncas, Suite 142, Montreal, H4M 2Z2.
