Marketing Professionals Leadership Workshop BACKGROUND In a changing and evolving role, Marketing leaders need a diverse range of skill sets to succeed. This two-day interactive workshop will give attendees the tools they need to successfully lead and support their team through challenging changes, while building a positive and prosperous workplace culture. TRAINING DELIVERY AND PRE-COURSE QUESTIONNAIRE This workshop will be delivered using a three tiered approach. The structure of each session is as follows: 1. Technical overview and review of research into the topic area under discussion 2. Practical application of management principles in the review of case studies, worked examples and interactive exercises 3. Discussion of outcomes and implementation issues Workshop participants will have the opportunity to include comments and questions about issues outlined in the program by way of a pre-course questionnaire. This feedback will enable the course facilitator to adjust content accordingly. The workshop has limited places to allow for customisation, greater interactivity and for individual concerns to be addressed.

INTRODUCING YOUR FACILITATOR Aisha Daji Punga Managing Director Aisha & Co With an executive career that has combined global commercial development, marketing strategy, new ventures and strategic planning, Aisha is a highly driven, engaging and committed leader. With a genuine passion for entrepreneurialism, social enterprise and transformational growth, Aisha has lead organisations and initiatives to ensure focus on a socially sustainable future whilst maintaining profit objectives. In 2017, Aisha focussed attention on developing her passion for Social Enterprise and is tackling the NZ obesity challenge. Using her commercial skills, disruptive innovation experience and passion to make a difference, Aisha is establishing the “The PHAT food movement” with the goal to get high-risk communities to love energy with nutrition. “This is a long-term play; looking at both ends of the spectrum. On the supply side; disrupting the commercial model to make Energy with Nutrition tasty, cool and affordable. On the demand side it’s a much harder task of designing interventions for cultural, and behavioural change”. Coupled with the Social Enterprise, Aisha runs a consultancy business AISHA&CO. Offering a range of transformational growth services for businesses to achieve success through creativity and collaboration. The business focusses on 5 key commercial creativity principles. Developing and Exponential Mindset, Setting the Right Path, Resourcing For Organisational Innovation Creating Exponential Consumer Value through Human Centred Design, and Executing Lean and Agile. In her earlier career, Aisha held senior roles including Future Ventures Director, Commercial Development Director, Sales & Logistics Director, General Manager Brand and Marketing Director. Aisha has led crossfunctional teams of 200, managed business units of $60 million and sales budgets in excess of $250 million. Recognised as one of New Zealand’s leading Marketing Leaders, she was awarded New Zealand Marketer of the Year in 2014, as well as having received over 28 separate Marketing Effectiveness Awards and the Most Effective New Zealand Advertiser in 2009 from the NZ Marketing Association. As a National Board Member for Life Education Trust and previously CoFounder and Trustee for Manukau South Life Education Trust, Aisha has embedded governance practices, secured sustainable funding streams for the organisation and clearly embedded a vision and strategy to ensure the initiative continued to support at risk youth.
