BAKED ITALIAN CHICKEN DINNER
Ingredients cooking spray 1 pound skinless, boneless chicken breast, cut into cubes 1 (10 ounce) package frozen broccoli 4 potatoes, diced 1/4 cup butter, melted 1 (.7 ounce) package Italian dressing mix

1 Directions 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Spray a 13x9inch baking dish with cooking spray. 2. Spread chicken pieces, broccoli, and potatoes into the prepared baking dish, respectively. Drizzle melted butter over ingredients in the dish and season with the Italian dressing mix. 3. Bake in preheated oven until the chicken is cooked through and potatoes are tender, 45 to 60 minutes

Work is progressing nicely on the senior housing development located across the street from the senior center on Caldwell Avenue. We will keep you updated on the construction.
On April 15th Mayor White attended the Grand Opening and Ribbon Cutting Ceremony for Brook Café, 186 Floral Lane, Mayor White said it is an exciting time when a new business opens in town and it’s always a pleasure welcoming them to the community. Congratulations and best of luck to everyone at Brook Café!
The Township had a free mobile shredding event April 14th at Coolidge School from 9am1pm where residents had an opportunity to have their unwanted documents shredded.
