Join nearly 500 elected officials, nonprofit leaders, service providers and faith community representatives as they discuss progress made and challenges ahead for L.A. County’s groundbreaking Homeless Initiative. The 1st Annual Homeless Initiative Conference brings together County agencies, community partners and other stakeholders in a day-long conversation about innovative strategies for reducing and preventing homelessness. Scheduled speakers include all five members of the Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors; L.A. Mayor Eric Garcetti; mayors of Inglewood, Claremont, Santa Monica, Whittier and Lancaster; leaders of the Los Angeles Homeless Services Authority; and others.
