MY FOLDERS Save Documents and Searches.
To save Searches, click Add
to My Folders on the Search Options bar.
To save a Document, click in the open document and click Add to My Folders. In the Choose the folder to place your item in window, save the item to the default folder, or create a new folder. Click Submit.
To access the saved items,
click My Folders on the menu bar above the banner.
Click any column title to sort. Right-click on the Name of each item to display the Item Options menu. Click the icon in the Notes column to add a Note. Once the text is added, the icon displays without the plus sign.
PRINT To print documents, click the Print icon at the top of the documents page.
Select Printer-friendly to print on paper. Select Rich Text Format (RTF) to import the document(s) into a word processing program.
Review the list of batched documents and select/deselect the documents. Batch print up to 25 documents. Click the Print/Display button.
