Mediclinic Middle East owns and operates some of the most respected healthcare facilities in the region. These include Mediclinic Welcare Hospital, Mediclinic City Hospital, Mediclinic Dubai Mall, Mediclinic Ibn Battuta, Mediclinic Meadows, Mediclinic Arabian Ranches, Mediclinic Mirdif, Mediclinic Al Qusais, Mediclinic Al Sufouh and Mediclinic Beach Road. Mediclinic ME has deployed HealthFore’s HIS across their entire network of hospitals and clinics in Dubai. The implemented system provides access to key patient information across the network ensuring enhanced decision making and increased patient safety. Currently, City Hospital and 8 Medical centres are fully operational under a single central EMR and centralized HIS deployment. In early December 2012, Mediclinic ME Welcare hospital also went “LIVE” with Magnum HIS and is now connected to their central network across 10 sites. Now, all their physicians have access to centrally available patient information and data, enabling better coordination and continuity in the care they deliver. Moreover HealthFore has been dedicated and highly supportive in enabling EHL comply with the regional, ministry and insurance related requirements along with quick responses to their functional enhancement requirements.
