B-Class F-CELL

With the B-Class F-CELL, the company presented a vehicle which is fully suitable for everyday use. In December 2010, Mercedes-Benz delivered the first of a total of 200 B-Class FCELL cars to customers in Germany, Norway and the United States. In Europe, vehicles are being driven in a variety of fleet applications. In the U.S., a total of 70 vehicles have been leased by private customers who have driven well over 2 million miles since the lease program began. The next generation fuel cell vehicle from Mercedes-Benz will debut in 2017.

DFC300

The 2.8-MW Direct FuelCell®(DFC) 3000 fuel cell power plant, 1.4-MW DFC1500 power plant and sub-MW DFC 300 power plant have been designated as “Ultra-Clean” under 2007 California Air Resources Board standards. On-site power generation applications include government; universities/ healthcare; industrial; commercial/data centers; oil production and refining. Multi-MW grid power generation applications include electric utilities, independent power producers, and gas transmission. The DFC-ERG combines a DFC power plant with a gas expansion turbine. The pressure reduction process drives the gas turbine, generating additional electricity beyond that of the fuel cell power plant. This unique configuration generates extremely high electrical efficiencies of 60% and higher.

HOGEN® HGS

The HOGEN® HGS PEM electrolysis system contains virtually no hydrogen, even when generating hydrogen at up to 6 3 Nm /228 SCF per hour – enough hydrogen to cool power plants as large as 1500 MW. Hydrogen is produced at 13.8 bar/200 psi pressure without a compressor and at a purity of 99.9995% continuously, without operator intervention.

Hydrogen plants

Service package comprises studies, capacity expansions and turnkey plants. Plants supply hydrogen with a purity of up to 99.999 vol. % and a capacity from 1,000 Nm³/h to 200,000 Nm³/h.

Compressed storage

Linde offers both compressed and liquid hydrogen storage options.  Hydrogen can be stored as a liquid at very low temperatures using specially insulated tanks option. Due to the high energy density of liquid hydrogen, less space is required on site.  Hydrogen can be compressed into large tanks without liquefying it. This is generally the preferred option if gaseous supply is more economical.

Liquid storage

Cryo Pump

Linde’s cryo pump generates a maximum pressure of up to 900 bar and reaches a fueling capacity of up to 120 kilos/hr. Ideally suited to high volumes.

Ionic Compressor

Linde has replaced conventional metal pistons with a specially designed, nearly incompressible ionic liquid. The special physical and chemical properties of these liquids mean they can be adjusted to meet almost any requirements.

Hydrogen Stations

Linde has supplied over 70 fueling stations around the globe for cars, buses, and forklifts, including small, mobile stations; portable, self-contained liquid hydrogen fueling storage, compression and dispensing systems; and large retail stations. Fueling stations range in scale to supply anywhere from a few vehicles to fleets of 100+ vehicles.

GenDrive

GenDrive is a drop-in power solution for electric lift trucks from all leading global truck manufacturers. The GenDrive product suite has three platforms, comprising more than 80 different products, and is qualified to meet the demands of a wide range of end-user fleets.

S20 S40

Hydrogen H-Series generators utilize PEM cell stack and PSA technology to produce ultra-high purity hydrogen for various applications. These systems benefit hydrogen users by improving supply reliability and site safety, while also reducing hydrogen storage space. The generators are modular, field-upgradeable and designed to compete with delivered hydrogen anywhere in the world. A single H6 unit will supply the equivalent of one and one-half jumbo tube trailers every month. Multiple H-systems may be combined for additional capacity at no extra integration cost.

H2 H4 H6

Hydrogen C-Series generators utilize PEM cell stack and PSA technology to produce ultra-high purity hydrogen for various applications, which include materials processing, semiconductor fabrication, hydrogenation, energy storage, etc. These generators achieve extreme purity and composition certainty with minimal maintenance. This series benefits hydrogen users by improving supply reliability and site safety, while also reducing hydrogen storage space.

C10 C20 C30

The M-Series has the ability to integrate renewable sources of generation, convert surplus electricity to produce hydrogen, and store that hydrogen as energy for future use. The product is sized at a scale that can accept one and two MWs of power and produce almost 1000 kg of hydrogen/day. That hydrogen can be injected into the natural gas grid (Power-to-Gas), used for biogas upgrading, fuel hydrogen fuel cell vehicles, and industrial applications.
