Membership and Sponsorship Manager The South Australian Tourism Industry Council (SATIC) is a high profile not-for-profit industry association which represents the tourism industry across the State. The Membership and Sponsorship Manager’s primary purpose lies within three key work areas; Membership, Sponsorship and Events. This position works closely with the Service Excellence Manager and Chief Executive Officer. The position also provides assistance with tourism policy, advocacy and industry communications whilst operating everyday administration duties with professionalism, good work ethic and exceptional customer service. The position would suit a tourism and or sales professional with previous experience developing and maintaining CRM systems and processes. Essential Criteria: •
Tertiary qualifications in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or related discipline
•
Highly developed communication skills
•
Excellent interpersonal skills
•
Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships at all levels of the tourism industry
•
Competent in Microsoft Office Programs
•
Excellent time management, planning and organisational skills
•
Administration and business experience is necessary
•
Current Class 1 Drivers licence and willingness to drive long distances in remote areas independently is required
•
Some out-of-hours work and overnight stays in regions will be required
•
Some interstate travel may be required
•
The role is a full time contracted position for 2 years including superannuation.
