CO WORKING AGREEMENT – CONDITIONS 1.

The Licensee will use Cromford Creative address for business use only.

2.

The licensee must not bring Cromford Creative or any other Arkwright Society business name into disrepute or use it for illegal or immoral purposes

3.

The licensee will abide by the conditions of the Cromford Creative Office Occupancy Policy when accessing the building

4.

The license fee should be paid monthly in advance. If the license fee is not paid for a period of 7 days the service(s) will be suspended. Service(s) can resume providing payment of arrears is received within 48 hours.

5.

The licensee will notify Cromford Creative reception in writing within 7 working days, if their mail forwarding address or forwarding telephone number changes.

6.

Booking of meeting rooms and client parking facilities is arranged with Cromford Creative Reception on a first come first serve basis.

7.

The Cromford Creative staff will not tolerate abusive telephone callers. Callers of this nature will not be accepted and the licensee will be notified of such incidents.

8.

Charges for the use of the phones and Bureau Services will be invoiced each month.

9.

Both licensor and licensee can terminate this agreement by one month’s written notice.
