Contact us today to find out about FREE courses which are running in your local area. There are lots to choose from including Happiness and Confidence Building, Healthy Lifestyles and Staying Active and Arts and Creativity. You will be in a small group with a qualified Instructor who will guide you through the course. You will have 1 to 1 support from a Peer Tutor who has lived experience of mental health issues. They will meet with you before, during and after the course to support your well being and to discuss what you would like to do next.

Community Learning Courses with Well-being Support Before Course •  You pick your preferred course and location and either self-refer or referred by a ‘key’ worker. •  You have a 1 to 1 appointment with a Peer Tutor to see how you are doing.

During Course •  You start your course and complete questionnaires to record how you are doing. •  Halfway through your course, you will have a review with your Peer Tutor who will arrange to meet with you. •  You complete your course.

After Course •  You have a final 1 to 1 appointment with your Peer Tutor who can provide additional information and advice.
