Next Steps • Do 10 minutes of mindfulness breathing every day for a week and see what happens to your ability to focus your attention; stick with it even if it feels uncomfortable at first. • Complete a Wheel of Life assessment and have a conversation with your mentor about where you want to create more integration and what steps you can take to achieve it. • Begin the daily log and challenge yourself to use it for 14 days.
