FARM FRESH I believe food should be fun and it should excite your taste buds; it should also be kind to our environment. It starts with local fruits and vegetables, meats that are humanely sourced and ingredients that are of only the highest quality. I take this to heart by roasting all meats in-house and scratch making all of my sauces, smears, and dressing. I am committed to serving only the highest quality food. I like to keep things fresh, so I change the menu seasonally and have twice monthly specials as well as a side-of-the-week. I hope you taste the difference in every bite.
