1 tbsp ground coffee
1 Place the coffee and spices in a cafetiére and fill with boiling water.
1 tsp Schwartz Ground Cinnamon,
Allow to brew for 5 mins before plunging.
plus extra to garnish ½ tsp Schwartz Nutmeg, grated 100ml double cream 1 tbsp brandy
2 Whip the cream, brandy and caster sugar until soft. Pour the coffee into a cup and top with the brandy cream. Sprinkle with a little extra cinnamon and serve immediately.
