MRED is adding back in some of the historically more populated expense breakouts for Multi-Family 5+ Units and Mixed Use property types. These are currently scheduled to be back in connectMLS in midFebruary 2011. Please Note: MRED conducted a thorough review of all expense breakout fields for all commercial property types and also for Multi-Unit 2-4 Units, and those fields and property types detailed below were the only ones that merited being included back into connectMLS™.
