1/2 C. Hot Water 1-1/2 C. Water 1 C. Dry Powdered Milk 1/2 C. + 1 T. Dry 1 C. Sugar Powdered Milk 1 T. Butter Mix well before adding to other ingredients. Blend VERY WELL in blender.

Buttermilk Substitute (1 cup) Add a tablespoon of lemon juice or white vinegar for every cup of milk and let stand for 5 to 10 minutes.
