Minutes of the meeting of Olney Town Council Planning Committee held on Monday 15 June 2015 at 7:00 pm in the Olney Centre Present: Councillors Deirdre Bethune, John Boardman, Tony Evans, John Sharp, John Smail, Chris Shaw, Joe Stacey In attendance: Liam Costello (Town Clerk)

However, the council is disappointed that the works have already taken place before the consultation period has elapsed, and before a decision on the application has been made by Milton Keynes Council. e. 15/00627/FUL - Westlands Care Home 3 High Street Olney MK46 4EB Change of use from 18 bedroom residential institution (use class C2) to 10 apartments (use class C3) RESOLVED: The council wishes to object to the application, principally on the grounds that insufficient information has been submitted to enable the council to make a proper judgment as to the effect of the proposals. This is an important listed building that adds to the conservation status of the town, to which proper consideration has to be given.
