To confirm the minutes of the meeting held on 12 January 2015 RESOLVED: That the minutes of the meeting held on 12 January 2015 be approved and signed by the chairman as a correct record.

To receive the list of recent planning decisions. The committee reviewed the reasons that application 14/02338/OUT had been refused, and noted that they were for the same reasons that the town council cited why the application for the 33 houses on the employment site should have been refused. RESOLVED: To write to MKC regarding the reasons that application note the list 14/02338/OUT had been refused, and the representations made by OTC on application 13/02130/OUT.

However the council is concerned about the parking on the site, and not that cars are already parking along the access road.
