A cozy, peaceful, casual, comfortable, romantic, fresh and clean B&B ideally situated in the heart of 7 major wedding venues! Wonderful local restaurants to appease all palettes and only minutes to the Orangeville Theatre, Ski Resorts and Spas and others local attractions. We are smoke-free and pet free. There is self-parking on site and concierge services such as theatre/ticket and Spa booking assistance. About Our Location

Breakfast We serve a selection of hot and cold entrees including but not limited to pancakes, bacon, sausage, eggs, hash browns, nutritious fruit salad, smoothies, toast, muffins, scones, yogurt and homemade granola. Serving times are from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM or to be determined prior to breakfast the next day. Please Note: When all rooms are occupied we serve all guests a buffet selection at 9:00 AM or 9:30 AM. Please advise before arrival of any allergies.
House Rules Our goal is to help you feel comfortable and welcome during your visit. This is your home away from home! Rules are minimal. We ask only that you treat our home with the same respect you would your own or your parents/friends home. Kindly respect our wishes as follows: 1. No shoes on any carpeted areas. You may leave your shoes in the closet on the main floor. Outer wear can be left here or taken to your room for hanging. 2. No Smoking. 3. No Pets. 4. PLEASE No wet bathing suits/towels on the furniture/beds/carpets or floors. 5. No food in the guest suites. The dining room is always open, and you are most welcome to enjoy a delivered meal there. Please advise before delivery should you need dishes and/or cutlery.
Check In/Check Out Check in is 3:00 pm. Check out is 11:00 am on your departure day. Flexibility depends on other bookings. If available, a $25.00 fee applies for early check in or late checkout. Please arrange prior to your arrival.
Booking We accept Cash, Visa and MasterCard. HST is additional to above rates and all methods of payment. A valid credit card is required to hold a booking and a 25% deposit is taken 14 days prior your arrival date.
Cancellation We are a small business and cancellations affect us in a big way. We want to be fair since we know that stuff happens. Cancellations within 14 days of your arrival date will be subject to a full charge unless we are able to re-book the room(s).
