About course This three-day workshop focusses on monitoring and evaluation planning and practice in both humanitarian and development projects. The content of this workshop focusses mainly on key monitoring and evaluation activities as they appear throughout a project lifecycle; from needs assessment, to design, implementation and close-out. Youssef Almustafa: Youssef Al-Mustafa is Co-founder of Trust Consultancy and Development and an M&E specialist. He has worked in many NGOs including GOAL, CARE, and Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC) as an M&E specialist. In addition, Mr. Almustafa worked as a team member of many monitoring and evaluation teams in Turley and Syria. He gives training on many topics such as accountability, Sphere, monitoring, evaluation and needs assessment among others.
