Join us in the GLEE ❤ FOLLOW THE HEART Movie Gathering The Follow the Heart Tour has come to Albuquerque! Join us Sunday evening to watch a movie in an entirely different way - with the purpose of healing the mind. Watching movies for healing is interactive, enlightening and fun! We’ll be setting up the movie with what to look for and then pausing the movie as needed to reinforce key points and to allow the sharing of any thoughts, insights or emotions arising within the group. When we join in watching movies with the shared purpose of healing the mind, the ego has no place to hide; we will show you how bringing darkness to the light CAN be swift, gentle and miraculous! The context for our movie discussions is A Course in Miracles. The Course metaphysics teach that there is no difference between our sleeping and waking dreams. This also means there is no difference between the feelings and emotions we experience in “real life” and
in “reel life” - the feelings and emotions that come up while watching a movie. This awareness enables us to use the drama playing out on the screen to get in touch with unconscious beliefs blocking us from the awareness of Love’s presence. Helena Sjunnesson has been holding metaphysical movie gatherings for more than a decade. She has a gift for selecting just the right movie to dive into whatever theme or issue is up in the mind for healing in a safe, expressive, illuminating and direct way. She will be joined by Al and Laverne, who will also be sharing their insights and the practical tools available for healing with movies that can be used in your own living room.
