C'nola brings to Chicago the delicious French cuisine… gluten, lactose and egg free with a touch of happiness! After 7 years of research, Laurence now wants to make the windy city benefits of products and wellness workshops, designed for people who aims at a healthier and happier life.

Laurence Popoff ‘s personality and career Laurence Popoff is 33 years old who began her career graduating in chemistry and then passed a master degree in information and communication in 2012. She worked at first in a pharmaceutical laboratory during two years and, after that, as a marketing and communication executive during five years. In 2011, she discovered that she has a lactose intolerance. As she encountered troubles to find suitable products, she decided to develop her own trademark and her concept about food intolerance: www.cnola.eu. Thus, she filed in 2014 the trademark: C'nola. « Nola »: chosen as trademark is the abbreviation of « no lactose ». She started selling lactose and gluten free products. She set up cooking workshops in Paris or in houses. She created a French company called « SASU LGC CORNALINE ». The name of this company shows Laurence’s personality: - L for Laurence, G and C for her brother and her sister whom are very close to her, - Cornaline means cornelian, which is a stone which helps increasing self-confidence and which has a positive effect on intestines. In 2016, she has decided to become a coach. Her program is dedicated to “dare her ideal life”. She closed cnola.eu website, and open www.laurence-popoff.com. She uses to share quotes, tips, recipes, inspirations… Her mission: « Provide support and information to help people to realize oneself. »

Laurence Popoff’s project For a long time, Laurence aspires to live between 2 states, especially the USA, in the city of Chicago, and France in the city of La Baule. Her dream is to create a concept store, « bubble of happiness », focused on several pillars: - tea house with vegan and gluten free meals - selling products (food, cosmetics & hygiene and for home) - workshops - coaching. Here are some examples of the products that will be sold: cakes, chocolate, make up, soap, bag… The first target are intolerant people, just like Laurence herself. The second target is people who take care of themselves. The third target are the American people that like French touch. The main idea is to import the « French touch » in the US and after that to export to France some American innovations in the field of food intolerances. Laurence plans to stay six months in Chicago with the following goals: - Making sure that the opening of her business is possible - Meeting stakeholders of Chicagoan market - Create a partnership network to identify products - Prospect a place to establish her physical store - Find a business partner
