Ability to offer 1 tool that encompasses social tools, like blogs, forums, news to the departments. Provide an accessible Intranet to over 30,000 users. Simplify the editing and publishing of content generated by 120+ editors. Empower the end users. The benefit of having 1 common tool that will provide / unify user training / usability regardless of which dept they are in. Allow the developers a simple framework to maintain new tools, webparts and custom modules.
