Sunday, December 3, 2017 1:30pm to 3:30pm Carlsbad Senior Center - Activity Room 799 Pine Street Carlsbad 92008 Please join us for a discussion about the North 40 Urban Farm/ Carlsbad Floral Trade Center and marketplace and the upcoming Planning Commission hearing (December 6) to discuss farmstay as a secondary use. We will discuss the project as originally proposed on about 18 acres of the Carlsbad Ranch, north of the Flower Fields and south of Cannon Road, and the potential changes proposed with the new Prop D zone (Cannon Road Agricultural/Open Space Zone).
