Every participant MUST register. The program will start promptly at 09:00am. This is an extremely popular course, and we anticipate a full house. Ensure you arrive early to check in and get a good seat. Latecomers will be admitted at the first suitable break in the program.
TICKET
An E-ticket will be sent to you within 2 weeks before the event.
ADMISSION
Admission to the program is strictly upon presentation of your E-ticket. Please print and present your E-ticket at the registration counter.
WRISTBAND
* Please retain your wristband for the 3-day program. A replacement fee of SGD 20 will be imposed for any lost wristband.

ATTIRE
Business wears or smart casual. Please dress comfortably, making sure you bring a sweater to each session, as the temperature in the conference facilities can fluctuate.
RECORDING/ TAPING
The rights of recording/ taping are reserved. No taping or recording of any session is allowed.
MEALS
There will be lunch & dinner breaks. Food will not be provided. You may approach the kiosk or proceed to Malaysia Food Street, Festive Hotel Lobby Café, McDonalds, Toast Box or Ruyi and many other outlets around RWS during meal breaks. The speaker is committed to deliver the training in its entirety at the highest level. Therefore, the timing for all breaks may be irregular. Food and Drinks are not allowed within the meeting premises, any stain or spilled off from the venue will be liable under pax account.
