New Student Checklist What You Can Do Today…  Check Your Student Email Daily. Your student email is your main source of communication from Boyce. Check it daily for timely information about campus-wide news, events, and opportunities. If you forget your email address or password, check your acceptance letter or contact Campus Technology ([email protected]; 502-8974006).  Engage on Social Media. Follow @SBTS and @BoyceCollege on Twitter and Like The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary and Boyce College on Facebook.  Register for Orientation. Orientation weekend is packed with interactive events, informational seminars, and new friendships. Register online (all new students are required to attend).  Apply for Housing. All single Boyce students under the age of 22 are required to live on campus. Submit your housing application by email or post ($25.00 application fee).  Apply for Financial Aid. Financial Aid is available to students seeking tuition assistance. Apply for aid by January 1st for the spring semester.  Review Fee Schedule. Log in to Moodle and review the 2014-2015 fee schedule.  Submit Membership Verification Form. All non-SBC students seeking to obtain the SBC tuition rate should submit their Membership Verification Form before the first week of classes.  Read the Student Handbook. All incoming students are responsible to read the entire Student Handbook.  Look for Employment. Visit the SBTS employment page for current opportunities and application materials for on-campus jobs. For off-campus jobs, check the weekly Employment Bulletin by logging into Moodle.

New Student Checklist What to Do in November…  Register for Class. Moodle is your one-stop shop for all academic information. Log in (using the username and password you received in your acceptance email) to register for your classes beginning November 17th. If you have any questions about what classes to take, contact our Academic Advisor ([email protected]; 502-897-4502).  Review Registration Policy. After you register for your classes, review this schedule and note the deadlines for dropping, adding, and withdrawing from classes.

What to Do in December…  Review Housing Information. Be looking for an email from the Housing Office with guidelines, what to bring, and roommate information. This email is sent the month prior to move-in day.  Connect with Your Roommate(s). If you’ll be living on campus, reach out to your roommate(s) on social media.

What to Do in January…  Make Your First Tuition Payment. Log on to E-Campus (using the username and password you received in your acceptance email) to pay your tuition or set up payment beginning January 12th and ending February 3rd.  Enjoy Orientation! Attend orientation, move into your room, meet new friends, and get acclimated for your time at Boyce (if you haven’t yet registered for orientation, register online).
