STEP 1, 2, 3 Please Follow the Steps Below 1) Go to www.gmail.com and log into the client account using email provided 2) Open a new tab on your browser and go to https://picasaweb.google.com/home. Here you should see the Picasa Web Albums page including any albums that already exist in the account

3) Click on the Upload button to upload the photos you have been given (these photos should be geotagged already. If they have not been then you will need to follow that guide first)


STEP 4, 5, 6 4) You now have the option to name your album or to add your photos to an existing album (the album name will default to the date). Unless otherwise instructed please go ahead and use the date as the album name

5) Click on the Select photos from your computer button and upload the photos provided

6) Once the photos have uploaded click the OK button


STEP 7 7) After you click Ok the album will save and you will be redirected to the main page of the album. Click on the first photo and you will see the map to the right, and other information. Click on Photo information to get the full details such as the name of the photo


STEP 8 8) Once you have the Filename, copy the filename (without the .jpg extension) and use it for the caption and tags. For the caption, click on the Add a Caption button then paste the filename (without the .jpg extension) into the box. Next, click the Save Caption button


STEP 9 9) Next click the + beside Tags to paste the filename (without the .jpg) in as a tag. The filename must be in quotes “Athlete’s care Brampton.” Then click the Add button to save


STEP 10, 11 10) Next take the Citation that has been given to you. In this example the citation is; Brampton Foot Clinic 122 Main St N Brampton, ON L6V 1N8 905-796-6585 and paste that entire citation into the comments section, then click on the Post Comment button

11) Using the arrow, move to the next photo in the album and repeat steps 7 – 10 for each photo in the album.


STEP 12, 13 12) Once you have added the caption, tag, and comment to each photo in the album, click on the My Photos tab at the top of the page.

13) This brings you back to the album page that will show all the albums for this client


STEP 14, 15, 16 14) Once you are on the main album page click on the album you have been working with. This will bring you back into the album with all the photos you've just uploaded showing. Click on Actions and choose Album Properties, this will pull up the Edit album information

15) On the Edit album information, click on the Visibility drop down box, choose Public on the web, check off the box for Show photo locations to viewers of this album, then click on the Save changes button.
