NEWS RELEASE FOR IMMEDIATE DISTRIBUTION INCENDO PICKS UP THREE CANADIAN SCREEN AWARD NOMINATIONS Montreal, January 17th 2018 – Montreal-based Incendo, a Canadian leader in television production and distribution is very proud to announce that three of its productions have been recognized by the Academy of Canadian Cinema & Television. Nominees for the 2018 Canadian Screen Awards were announced yesterday by the Academy and include two of Incendo’s movies, as well as the renowned international co-production series VERSAILLES. Suzanne Clément is nominated for Best Supporting Actress, Drama for her role of Madame Agathe in VERSAILLES’ second season. Actress Katy Breier is nominated in the same category for the role of Nikki Myers in Incendo’s thriller FANatic, and Ennis Esmer picked up a nomination in the Best Supporting Actor, Drama category for his role of Moe in BRACE FOR IMPACT. Both FANatic and BRACE FOR IMPACT are currently being broadcast on Bell Media’s The Movie Network and Super Écran. The second season of VERSAILLES is available on demand on The Movie Network and Super Écran, while the first season is currently being broadcast on CityTv Sundays at 10/9c. Winners will be announced at various events during the Academy's Annual Canadian Screen Week celebrations, which culminate in the televised Canadian Screen Awards gala in Toronto on March 11th.
