Notice of Proposed Amendments to the Constitution and Bylaws of the United Church of Christ In compliance with paragraphs 74 and 75 of the Constitution of the United Church of Christ (2013 ed.), and at the direction of General Minister and President Geoffrey A. Black, proposed amendments to the Constitution and Bylaws are hereby transmitted to the Conferences and Local Churches of the United Church of Christ and to the Delegates to its Thirtieth General Synod, June 26-30, 2015, in Cleveland, Ohio. The proposed amendments to the Constitution and Bylaws were voted and recommended to the Thirtieth General Synod by the United Church of Christ Board of Directors on Friday, March 20, 2015.
