Council has prepared a proposal for the urban development of land along John Oxley Drive, Port Macquarie, south of Lindfield Park Road. The draft proposal comprises: > a draft amendment to Port Macquarie-Hastings Local Environmental Plan (LEP) 2011, > a draft Koala Plan of Management, > a draft amendment to Port Macquarie-Hastings Development Control Plan 2013, > associated Voluntary Planning Agreements. These and supporting documents are in a planning proposal which is on public exhibition from Wednesday 11 October 2017 until Wednesday 8 November 2017 at Council’s Port Macquarie Offices during normal office hours. The exhibition material is also on www.pmhc.nsw.gov.au/south-lindfield, and submissions can be made using this website.
