Eligibility

All competitors must hold a valid BJA, BJC or AJA licence and must present this when booking in on the day of the event. All competitors must wear a white judogi. Judo Festival – Players aged 6-7 years. Senior Kyu Open – Players aged 18 years and over. Those holding non-BJA grades should not hold grades above the colours stated. Points Scoring for Senior 1st Kyu players.

A: Under 8 Years Festival (players aged 6-7 years) B: Senior Brown Belt & Below: Women: -57kg -63kg -70kg +70kg Men: -66kg -73kg -81kg -90kg -100kg +100kg C: Senior Orange Belt & Below: Women: -57kg -63kg -70kg +70kg Men: -66kg -73kg -81kg -90kg -100kg +100kg Judo Festival All players will be put into groups of four and will participate in randori with each of their group members. There will be no placing and all will receive a participation medal. Senior Kyu Open Pools to knockout and repechage. The Tournament Director reserves the right to combine or alter categories if entries dictate. All competitors MUST present themselves Category A – 9.00am to 9.20am Category B & C Women – 9.30am to 9.50am to the weigh-in wearing competition acceptable judogi trousers, females must Category B Men – 10.30am to 10.50am also wear a plain white round neck t-shirt Category C Men – 1.00pm to 1.20pm (0.5kg allowance will be made for male competitors and 0.6kg for female Competitors Festival: £5.00 Postal Payment (Cheques payable to Nottingham Judo) Seniors: £16.00 Postal Payment (Cheques payable to Nottingham Judo) Enter online: www.nottsjudo.org.uk/enteronline Spectators - Adults £2.00 (Payable on the day) – Children Free Saturday 18 November (or when the maximum entry has been reached)
