Eligibility

All competitors must be aged 8 years and over on the day of the event and hold current BJA membership or equivalent. All competitors must wear a white judogi. A: Minors and Pre-Cadets White, Red and Yellow Belts (players aged 8-13 years) Boys -24kg -27kg -30kg -34kg -38kg -42kg -46kg -50kg Girls -25kg -28kg -32kg -36kg -40kg -44kg -48kg BJA U12 Restrictions will apply Players aged 9 and over must have completed a grading examination within the last 9 months (applies to novices if licence held over 6 months).

B: Cadets Mon & Kyu Grades Orange & Below (players aged 14-17) C: Senior Kyu Grades Orange & Below (players aged 18+) Pools to Knockout for groups of 10 or less, Knockout and Repechage for groups of 11 or more. The Tournament Director reserves the right to combine or alter categories if entries dictate. Category A Boys (-24kg -27kg -30kg -34kg) – 9.00am to 9.15am Category A Boys (-38kg -42kg -46kg -50kg) – 11.00am to 11.15am Category A Girls – 12.15pm to 12.30pm Categories B & C – 1.30pm to 2.00pm All competitors MUST present themselves to the weigh-in wearing competition acceptable judogi trousers, females must also wear a plain white round neck tshirt, 0.5kg allowance will be made for male competitors and 0.6kg for female competitors. Photography

Please note: By entering or attending this competition you are agreeing to accept the BJA policy in respect of photography and video usage. The use of photographic equipment is permitted; however, should a request be made for you to stop, then you should respect the wishes of others. Any lights or flashes should be disabled prior to taking any photographs of action on a contest area. All of our events are now streamed live on facebook, if you do not wish for your contests to be streamed then you must inform the officials at the weigh-in. All coaches will be required to register at the spectator entrance where they will receive a wristband that will enable them to access the competition area and coaching seating.
