Nursing Program Application To Applicant
Those who wish to be considered for the SUNY Ulster Nursing program must complete and submit this application to the Nursing Department by February 15 and meet the following requirements, which will be reviewed by the Nursing Admissions Committee to determine eligibility:
• Resident of Ulster County, New York as of February 15
Federal and/or State Law concerning U.S. citizenship may affect a student’s ability to obtain a license to practice the Nursing Professions following successful completion of the program. Compliance with all licensing requirements remains the responsibility of the student.
• Completed SUNY Ulster College Application • Receipt of all educational documents by the Admissions Office by February 15 • Satisfactory placement in the College’s Entering Student Assessment Test • Completion of the ATI TEAS test • Overall GPA of 2.5 or higher in all required courses
