Oasis Design Group Joins Forces with Kimley-Horn RALEIGH, NC – May 1, 2017 – Oasis Design Group has joined forces with national planning, design, and engineering firm Kimley-Horn. The group will now be operating under the Kimley-Horn name. Baltimore-based Oasis Design Group, a landscape architecture, master planning, and urban design firm, was founded in 2005 by Scott C.
