Construction: ProLog® is made from a Polyethylene tube which is coated in foam padding and then encased in a durable vinyl cover.

CHANGING THE WEIGHT OF THE LOG ProLog® is available with a range of weighted inserts that enable you to quickly and easily change the weight of each log. Each weighted insert is made from a sealed galvanised metal capsule, approximately 1700mm long and 250mm in diameter. The capsule is located behind a heavy duty screw cap located at one end of the log which is covered with a Velcro vinyl and foam padded cover.

Simply unscrew the end of your ProLog® and the capsule will slide out. Once removed you can insert an alternative capsule, adjusting the total weight of the log to suit members’ abilities or requirements.

Designed to emulate a sack of coal, just like those carried by miners for generations, PWR SAK is almost square in proportion to ensure an even distribution of load across the wider shoulder area and middle of the back. The interwoven rope handle is an important design feature as it gives a rugged, flexible and durable grabbing and lifting point whilst the thickness is key in providing a comfortable grip. It is positioned approximately 1/3 of the way down the bag. This offers a safe and natural grabbing position and aids balance,distribution, and equilibrium of load. Product Code

Our PWR Barrel is partially filled with sand to offer dynamic weight shift during movement. This makes lifting the barrels unique as the user constantly has to make adjustments compensate for the shift in weight within

the barrel at different stages of the lift. Whether lifting for repetitions, pressing overhead, bear-hugging, shouldering or carrying, Barrel lifting can give your members an incredible workout.
