Employees of Buddy Fruits™ (the “Sponsor”), its parents, subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, suppliers, distributors and advertising, promotional and judging agencies and their immediate family members (spouses, parents, children including foster and step-relations, and siblings and their spouses) and household members of each (whether related or not), are not eligible to participate or win. Tubes Box, appraised at $4.00. The Winners will be selected from Facebook, Twitter and/or Instagram. Actual/appraised value may differ at time of prize award. Shipping costs to be covered solely by Buddy Fruits™ upon receipt of Winners’ shipping addresses. Buddy Fruits™ and its partners are not liable for any mistake made by Winners or shipping fulfilment providers in delivery of the prize. The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by Buddy Fruits™. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted. The prize is nontransferable. Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of Winner. No substitution of prize or transfer/assignment of prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by Winner is permitted. 4) Odds: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. 5) Drawing and Notification: Drawing will be conducted by Buddy Fruits™, whose decisions are final on all matters relating to the Giveaway.
