OFFICIAL RULES FOR THE BLENHEIM PAINTED 2016 SWEEPSTAKES NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. By entering or participating in the Blenheim Painted 2016 Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") you agree to all of the following rules: How to Enter. No purchase is necessary to enter the Sweepstakes. Each person that purchases a Painted Wine or Merchandise Bundles of 2015 Painted Red or 2015 Painted White wines online at www.blenheimvineyards.com or in the Tasting Room at Blenheim Vineyards will be asked to provide their name, home address, telephone number, e-mail address and age and will be entered to win the Sweepstakes. Anyone may also enter the Sweepstakes by mailing a 3" x 5" postcard with sufficient postage containing the sweepstakes name, Blenheim Painted 2016 Sweepstakes, which must be exact, your name, home address, telephone number, e-mail address and age to 31 Blenheim Farm, Charlottesville, Virginia 22902. Any error or omission in an entry will void the entry. Limit one (1) entry per individual. Limit one (1) entry per post card. By participating, all entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules. Eligibility. The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia over the age of eighteen (18). Proof of age may be required. Employees of Blenheim Vineyards ("administrator") and its affiliates, employees of any prize sponsor and its affiliates, and members of such employees' immediate families (their parents, spouses, siblings (natural born or adopted), children (natural born or adopted)) or households are ineligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. Prize Deadlines. All entries for the Sweepstakes must be received by Friday, December 9th, 2016 at 5:00 p.m. EST. Winner will be selected from a random drawing. Winner Selection and Notification. The odds of winning are dependent upon the number of eligible entries received. The name of twenty (20) winners will be drawn in a random drawing under the supervision of administrator on Saturday, December 10th at 9:00 am EST in Charlottesville, Virginia. The decisions of administrator are final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Entries are the property of administrator and will not be returned. Entrants need not be present at the drawing to win a prize. Winner will receive prize with order either by mail or in person. If a winner’s prize is returned for an invalid mailing address or if an entrant is found to be ineligible, an alternate winner may be drawn. Prizes. Twenty (20) winners will receive a Limited Edition handbill signed by Dave Matthews at the mailing address included on their entry or in person, with an estimated retail value of $100. All entrants will receive an unsigned handbill with original art by Dave Matthews. General Conditions. This Sweepstakes is void where and to the extent prohibited by law and is subject to all applicable laws, including, without limitation, federal, state, provincial and local laws and regulations. In the event of non-compliance by any winner with the official rules of this Sweepstakes, an alternate winner may be selected. Return of any prize or prize notification as undeliverable will result in a disqualification of the winner and an alternate winner may be selected. All prizes will be awarded. Except where legally prohibited, acceptance of any prize constitutes permission for administrator to use each winner’s name, photograph, likeness, voice, address (city and state/province/territory) and testimonials, in printed, broadcast or other media, whether now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity, in any manner it deems appropriate in connection with promoting this or any other Sweepstakes and/or promotion sponsored by it, without further compensation to the winner. Releases. By participating, entrants agree that administrator, those involved in the development, production (including prize suppliers), implementation and distribution of this Sweepstakes and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, service providers, and agencies, and their directors, officers, agents, employees, attorneys, and any other person or entity associated with such entities and/or promotion (hereinafter collectively called "Promoters"), shall not be liable for any claims, damages, losses or injuries, including any third party claims, arising from or relating to, in whole or in part, this Sweepstakes, including entry and participation in this Sweepstakes and acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the prizes. Any person attempting to defraud or in any way tamper with this Sweepstakes will be ineligible for prizes and may be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. Administrator reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend this Sweepstakes should viruses, bugs or other causes beyond its control corrupt the proper administration or security of the Sweepstakes. Administrator reserves the right to modify the rules of the Sweepstakes in any way or at any time, as long as reasonable notice is given. All taxes on any prize won are the sole responsibility of each winner, including, without limitation, any federal, state, or local taxes which may be deemed applicable in such winner’s jurisdiction of residence. This Sweepstakes shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States of America. By participating in this sweepstakes, entrants agree
that the state and federal courts located in the Commonwealth of Virginia shall have jurisdiction over any dispute or litigation arising from or relating to this Sweepstakes and that venue for such litigation shall be only in the Circuit Court for the City of Richmond, Virginia or the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, Richmond Division.
