Validity of Hold Bids :
The approval status for the HOLD cases will be given within 30th Jan 2018. All the H1 bid/s will be valid accordingly.
Approval
This is a post approval auction, Seller may accept or reject the bid/s. Approval status will be intimated by Quippo thru SMS/ eMail only.
Payment Terms
Payment deadline is strictly within 31st Jan’18.

Security Deposit
Security Deposit of All Un Successful bidders will be returned within 3 working days & that will be refunded directly to the winner buyer A/c only thru RTGS/NEFT.
Forfeiture
On Refusal of Lifting or Non Payment within 31st Jan’18 by the winner Bidder, the seller, would reserve its Right to dispose the asset to whomsoever as per their discretion and the security amount so deposited as security money shall be forfeited without any intimation. This will be followed strictly.
RTO Tax
Winner bidder has to pay pending RTO Road tax before taking delivery order. On submit of Tax paid receipt/ RTO NOC to the seller, will be able to issue RO/ DO. This applicable for Odisha region assets only.
Buyer’s Premium
Winner Bidder has to pay 3 % + GST @ 18% on the BP as Buyer’s Premium on Approved Sale Value to “Quippo Valuers & Auctioneers Pvt Ltd.”
Seller – Reliance Commercial Finance Ltd. Auto extension of bid closing time is 5 minutes. If any bid placed in last 1 minutes of closing time of respective lot will extended for next 5 minutes. Each lot will be closed on interval of 1 minute.
It is a post approval auction. The H1 bid will be sent for approvals to seller. The approval status for the same would be given within 7 days of Bid closing. Seller may accept or reject the bid. Interested Bidders shall be given to have a free access at the Seller’s Premises for inspection of the assets under disposal, as is where is basis, before placing the Bid & participating in the “Online Auction”. Please Inspect the assets as there may be missing parts, Year of MFG, RC No. mismatch etc in the Set. Please satisfy yourselves with the condition of the assets being sold. No complaints at any cost will be entertained after the auction. YOU SHALL BE LIABLE TO PAY THE WINNING SALE AMOUNT along with TAXES on seller demand.
Lot details & Photos are given as indicative and for your reference only. Buyers are strongly advised to inspect the assets in the respective parking yard & fully aware of the RTO related issue like pending Tax, RTO Objection/Hold etc if any before bidding. If you view the assets physically by your won then only bid. Standard RTO documents will be provided by the seller for ownership transfer to RTO, however please check with the seller regarding RTO documents availability for your satisfaction before bidding. Original/Copy of RC, Invoice, Tax Token, Vehicle Key, Insurance may not be available with the seller.
Registration & Participation Procedure: To participate in the auction buyer must register himself online on www.quippoauctions.com. Bidder/s would need to pay an E.M.D. (Refundable/Adjustable) in the form of DD / Pay Order / Banker’s Cheque / RTGS. Buyer has to submit Completely Filled and Signed Bidder Undertaking Form along with EMD within 11:30AM (18-Sept-17). Proxy bid will be allowed with EMD & Bidder Undertaking till 16-Sept-17. PAN & GST Registration No. are mandatory for participating in the Auction. Buyer has to submit Copy of PAN Card and Address proof. Any communication with Company’s staff members excepting during the time of filing Bidder Undertaking with EMD OR any CARTEL among the Bidder, if reported, all disqualify the Bidder/s and will refrain the Bidder from taking participation in the Auction. Do not disclose password to anyone.
Payment: No Cheque / Cash Payment will be entertained. Buyers shall deposit the payment by Demand Draft / Pay Order / Banker’s Cheque / RTGS to the Seller and the Delivery Orders will be issued by the Seller itself. No part payment is accepted by Seller. Successful bidder has to deposit 100% payment in advance. After Receipt of total Sale Amount from the successful bidder, Seller Shall release the Delivery Order (DO) of the asset in the name of Highest Bidder only. No third party payment/s accepted. Payment must be done from Winner buyer A/c only. E.M.D Amount of H1 Buyer is taken as token of Security Money will be adjusted with your BP only & it will not be adjusted with your sale proceed. In case buyer retracts his bids once the sale is finalized, deposited EMD will be forfeited without recourse. Please bid only if you are agreeable to this clause. No Lots can be removed without full payment being realized, presentation of original Delivery Order obtained from Seller & RTO NOC.
Taxes and Duties: Buyer has to deposit Full Taxes and Duties if any before Lifting of sold Asset / Material. If there is any change in tax rate, buyer has to pay tax accordingly.
Lifting: All Assets must be removed from the Seller’s Premises at own Cost of the Buyer within specified time period of Payment made. Winning bidders are required to pay the applicable parking charges to the yard directly for the assets. The Parking charges should be calculated from the repo date till the last date of pull out of the asset. Parking yard charges as per standard policy of Seller as applicable. Please check with the seller regarding per day basis applicable parking charges before bidding. On Refusal of Lifting or Non Payment within given time period by the H1 Bidder, Seller would reserve its Right of disposal to whomsoever as per their discretion. EMD amount so deposited as Security Money shall be forfeited without any intimation. Delivery order will be issued in the name of Successful bidder once full Payment is cleared with submission of RTO NOC. It will take Minimum 3 days time from the date of full payment. Resale will not be allowed before receipt of full and final payment by seller. Packing and lifting of asset will be the buyer(s) responsibility at their own Cost. Any mishappening at the time of dismantling, packing, pickup, loading of asset will not constitute any liability on the Seller’s end. The buyer is responsible to keep the warehouse & stockyard in order after removal of sold lots. In case of non adherence, seller may reserve the right to impose penalties or forfeiture of payment deposited. For the lifting of sold asset, successful bidder shall employ or engage their own personnel at their own cost, and shall keep
seller fully indemnified against any claim whatsoever, for claim, injuries, death etc. The authorized personnel of the successful bidder visiting the warehouse for lifting the goods should necessarily carry due authorization letter and proper photo identity. The items will be delivered ‘in situ’ on “As is where is” basis by Seller. Any picking, shorting, cutting, cleaning, dismantling, repairing or breaking up of asset will not be permitted. Successful Bidder has to make his own arrangements for shifting, loading, unloading and transportation of sold asset at their own cost.
Other Terms and Conditions: The highest bidder does not get any right to demand acceptance of his offer. Seller reserves the right to accept/ reject/ cancel any bid, withdraw any portion of the assets at any stage from Auction even after acceptance of bid/ issue of delivery order or release order/ deposit of full value by successful bidder without assigning any reason thereof. In the event of such rejection/cancellation/ withdrawal, Seller shall refund the value of assets, if paid for, to the successful bidder. Discretion lies solely on Seller/s regarding this. Any Disputes related to the Assets / Documents, Post Sale, would be dealt by Seller only and the Quippo Valuers & Auctioneers Pvt Ltd does not have any involvement or does not have any role to play in the same. The Auction Company, Quippo Valuers & Auctioneers Pvt Ltd & / or the Seller Company, during the period of Online AUCTION will not be held responsible for any power failures / Internet Connection failures / Bandwidth problem / erroneous Bids etc at the bidders end. Bidders themselves need to check it at their end and bid in advance and monitor their lots. The Terms & Conditions as laid down shall be the binding part at the Bidder/s’ end and should be signed off before participation in “Online Auction “. Seller may remove a vehicle from the auction list at any point of time, including after auction and receipt of sale amount from the bidder. Discretion lies solely on Seller’s regarding this. For the Asset of Odisha region, winner buyer has to pay pending RTO Tax & RTO NOC to be submitted to the seller to issue delivery order. Winner buyer has to be submitted Undertaking, Indemnity, offer letter etc on seller’s demand. No third party payments will be accepted. Payments should be made from the winner buyer’s account only. NOC & Relevant Documents pertaining to the Auction Lot’s will be released by the seller in their Normal Course, which buyers are advised to take note of. Seller/s has assured that relevant Documents will be handed over within 45 days of payment. Original/copy of RC, Invoice, Tax token, Form-36 may not be available with seller. Please check with the seller before bidding. Ownership transfer to the relevant RTO is the winner buyer responsibility. All Sales are strictly on “As is, Where is basis”, No Exceptions. Bidders are advised to obtain all relevant information like Asset condition, RTO related issue if any & etc on the assets before Bidding. The data provided and the pictures shown in the auction are indicative and for reference only. Bidders are expected to inspect the assets and any bidder who bids for an asset or vehicle is assumed to have inspected the vehicle. If the bidder buys the vehicle without inspecting it, the responsibility shall be entirely that of the bidder
